Horsemanship activities that transfer to daily living
Our lesson model is an hour in duration and includes grooming as well as tacking up the horse in preparation for the mounted lesson. For students who are unable to tend to these tasks for a variety of reasons, a half hour ride only lesson is offered as recommended by the physical therapist at the time of evaluation. The goal will be to transition the student to a full hour lesson. Students work with a certified instructor in completing objectives which are the focus of lessons during each twelve week session.
